Welcome to Kingdom Families on Mission. These terms establish a transparent, covenant-aligned agreement outlining how we protect your family's journey, manage our educational resources, and uphold our collective standards of trust and integrity.
Official Agreement: Applicable to all members, course participants, and community visitors.
BINDING COVENANT & TERMS
Agreement Details
Effective Date: September 24, 2026. Please review these contractual provisions governing your participation in Kingdom Families on Mission programs, digital platforms, and community resources.
01. Educational & Spiritual Ministry Disclaimer
Kingdom Families on Mission provides digital educational training, video courses, community discussion channels, and downloadable resources focused on faith, family discipleship, and entrepreneurship. All content is for educational, spiritual encouragement, and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, business, psychological, or medical counseling. Outcomes and decisions depend on your own effort and circumstances; we make no guarantees regarding results, income, or family outcomes.
02. Covenant of Conduct & Community Standards
Our community operates under biblical standards of honor, mutual edification, and integrity. Members agree to interact with humility, grace, and confidentiality during all live cohort calls, private discussion channels, and in-person family summits. Harassment, commercial solicitation, doctrinal antagonism, or non-consensual dissemination of fellow members' prayer requests or personal situations is strictly prohibited and warrants immediate revocation of privileges without remediation.
03. Membership Access & Household Licenses
Enrollment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable household license intended solely for spouses and dependent children residing at a single primary address. Sharing login credentials, recorded training modules, proprietary worksheets, or group access links with extended family, church congregations, or third-party organizations constitutes a material breach of this covenant.
04. Intellectual Property & Sacred Stewardship
All trademarks, curricula designs, theological frameworks, audio recordings, video lectures, downloadable guides, and written systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Kingdom Families on Mission. No content may be modified, republished, redistributed, resold, or used to build commercial derivative products without explicit written authorization.
05. Participant Privacy & Media Consents
Cohort sessions and webinars may be recorded for archival review within our secure member portal. By participating with video or audio enabled, you grant Kingdom Families on Mission permission to host these internal recordings.
06. Payment Obligations & Subscription Billing
For recurring memberships and installment plans, participants authorize scheduled automatic debits via our secure payment gateway. Delinquent accounts failing retry notices after 7 business days will experience paused access until balances are restored. In the event of payment hardship, members are encouraged to contact our team to discuss pastoral accommodations.
07. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Kingdom Families on Mission, its directors, elders, staff, and volunteer leaders shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from program involvement, implementation of principles, or third-party interactions within community circles.
08. Christian Conciliation & Dispute Resolution
All parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of this agreement will be resolved in accordance with biblical reconciliation principles outlined in 1 Corinthians 6 and Matthew 18, utilizing the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation prior to pursuing any secular litigation.
09. Covenants, Severability & Periodic Amendments
Kingdom Families on Mission reserves the right to revise these Terms periodically. Notice of significant amendments will be posted on this portal. If any provision is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall continue in full legal force. This Affiliate / Partner Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal accord between Kingdom Families on Mission ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual or legal entity enrolling as an affiliate partner ("Affiliate", "Partner", "you", or "your"). By submitting an affiliate application, accessing our partner portal, or sharing tracking links, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere strictly to all terms, policies, and operating standards set forth herein.
1. Enrollment & Independent Contractor Relationship
Participation in our Partner Program requires formal application and approval by the Company. We reserve the right to decline or revoke acceptance at our discretion. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or partnership relationship. You operate entirely as an independent contractor, assuming full responsibility for your own equipment, operating costs, and tax obligations. If your annual gross commission earnings equal or exceed $600 USD (or relevant local thresholds), you must provide a valid W-9 (or W-8BEN for international partners) prior to the disbursement of subsequent payouts.
2. Tracking, Referral Links & Attribution
Upon approval, you are issued unique tracking URLs and referral parameters. Referral sales are tracked using standard browser cookies with a 30-day attribution window on a last-touch attribution model. Commissions will only be credited when a prospect completes an eligible purchase directly following an active click from your assigned link. The Company is not responsible for tracking failures caused by prospect cookie blockers, ad-blocking extensions, browser privacy restrictions, or user navigation across unlinked devices.
3. Commission Structure & Payout Terms
Commission rates on eligible membership subscriptions and digital resources are calculated based on net revenue received (excluding taxes, transaction fees, and shipping). Recurring subscription commissions continue for as long as the referred member maintains an active, uninterrupted membership. Payouts are generated monthly for cleared balances meeting the $50 USD minimum threshold, following a standard 30-day refund clearance window. If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be deducted or clawed back from pending balances.
4. FTC Compliance & Mandatory Disclosures
Affiliates must strictly adhere to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. Whenever you share an affiliate link across social channels, email broadcasts, blogs, or podcasts, you must include a clear, prominent disclosure. Examples include: "I may receive a commission if you purchase through this link" or clear tags such as #Ad, #Sponsored, or #Affiliate placed above the fold or in direct proximity to the referral trigger.
5. Marketing Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
To preserve our ministry mission and brand integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited: (a) Self-referrals (using your personal affiliate link to purchase your own membership); (b) Bidding on trademark terms, brand keywords ("Kingdom Families", "KFOM"), or misspelled variants in PPC search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.); (c) Unsolicited commercial email (spam) or mass messaging in violation of CAN-SPAM regulations; (d) Fabricating misleading income claims or unauthorized discounts; and (e) Impersonating Company leadership or official channels.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize official promotional banners, logos, and approved copywriting assets solely for the promotion of Kingdom Families on Mission. You may not alter, distort, or re-brand our visual assets, nor register domain names, social media handles, or trademarks incorporating the Company name or confusingly similar terms.
7. Agreement Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written electronic notice. Upon termination, tracking links are deactivated immediately, and you must cease using all Company brand assets. Legitimate, non-fraudulent commissions accrued prior to termination exceeding the $50 threshold will be disbursed during the regular payout cycle. Any material breach (such as trademark bidding or spam violations) results in immediate account forfeiture without commission payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Families on Mission shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Partner Program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and your partner participation shall not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Our Partner Program allows mission-aligned creators, community leaders, and ministry supporters to earn recurring commissions by sharing our discipleship resources, community access, and family leadership tools.
How much can I earn?
Affiliates earn an ongoing percentage on all qualifying monthly or annual membership subscriptions referred through their unique link for the lifetime of that member's active standing.
How do my referrals get tracked?
Referrals are tracked automatically via unique URL tracking cookies with a 30-day window on a last-click attribution model once a prospect visits through your link.
Can I use my own affiliate link to buy my membership?
No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Attempting to purchase personal memberships through your own referral link will result in commission cancellation and account review.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are disbursed monthly via direct electronic transfer or PayPal once your approved earnings reach the $50 minimum threshold following our standard 30-day refund clearance buffer.
What are my responsibilities regarding FTC disclosures?
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share referral links by including clear statements or tags like #Ad, #Sponsored, or #Affiliate in your content.
Can I run paid ads (Google, Facebook, YouTube)?
You may run paid traffic to your own landing pages or reviews, but direct linking and bidding on our trademarked brand names (e.g., 'Kingdom Families on Mission') in PPC search ads is strictly prohibited.
Where do I find graphics, copy, and promo materials?
Approved brand assets, banners, email swipe copy, and social media media packs are accessible 24/7 inside your affiliate portal dashboard under the Resources tab.
